i don't want to offend anyone but could someone PLEASE explain how 2 people with brillant voices can be voted out and the one idol with a very ordinary voice (ok he is CUTE) but i thought this contest is a singing competion sorry but james cannot sing as well as others voted of

James is a good singer, but his performances do not do him or the songs any justice, personally I don't want him representing my country.
i guess so...
but this competition is about currently about growth since none of them are perfect (looks, voice, attitude)
the judges handpicked james through to the top 12 so he's gotta be able to sing don't you think?

It is a personality cometition, and although James is not as good as most of the others left, he appeals, but I cant see him lasting to much longer. Lets hope that many are genuine voters for talent and a package rather than one thing that appeals like looks or cuteness, a lot of the voters are young teenagers, though some are sensible others have eyes and no ears. It is by no means a fair competition, others will say that it is as that is the voting system by money.
