HOW TO VOTE: Voting Lines ARE NOW OPEN!!!!!

Tonight both Idol hopefulls gave Australia a first hearing of the new Idol song "Maybe Tonight" that will become the single for the winner. What did you think of the performances? Who sang the song better? What is your opinion of the vocals, of the song, of the lyrics?

Maybe Tonight

I've been holding on
To a love gone wrong
It’s true
For too long

The hurt it left inside
Has made me want to hide
Too much
But I do

I'm not afraid to be alone
The truth is I'm alright

LIVE VERDICT - 14 November 2005

Submitted by djwright on Mon, 2005-11-14 16:32

HOW TO VOTE: Voting Lines ARE NOW CLOSED SO DON’T EVEN BOTHER!!!

Lets face it, there can only be three results from tonight’s verdict, and neither of them are particularly exciting…

Tonight we’ll find out who will be in the farce that will be the Idol series final, where last year’s American Idol showed two of the most spectacular vocal performances of the season this year’s final seems that it will be the same old same old. If Lee gets through then he’ll jump around like a epileptic tropical fish on acid, if Emily gets through then she’ll cry and then continue to be a few apples short of a pie and if Kate wins then Kyle’s going to make another comment about her washer woman arms and we’ll be delivered with a good but not great performance…
